Project: Birmingham Business Park
ASA Landscape Architects were commissioned to write a Landscape Performance Specification and supporting contract documentation, including Preliminaries and new masterplan to support the re-tendering of the Maintenance of Birmingham Business Park.
Birmingham Business Park is set in 148 acres of mature parkland and is the most established out-of-town office park in the Midlands. Comprising of planted verges, mature shrubs, lawns, lakeside planting through to open areas of grassland, the whole park has an expansive campus feel, which this document looks to support and develop.
