Project: Milton Park 101-102
Built in 2 phases over 4 years these 4 Grade A office buildings are a striking feature on Park Drive, the main spine road through Milton Park.
ASA Landscape Architects saw the project through from master planning to construction. The landscape proposals optimised to meet challenging BREEAM requirements and a high quality visual appearance.
The spacious surroundings to the buildings connect to the road with a series of linear landscape features. Columnar trees offer an identity to the building’s and sit beautifully against the 4 storey façade. Particular features include a row of pleached Elm trees which sit against the two storey car park and very effectively hide the upper deck wall.
