A decade after designing the original podium landscape, ASA Landscape Architects were appointed by Frasers Property to design and oversee the implementation of a new landscape scheme, which upgrades the existing scheme to create more versatile spaces for use by occupiers of the building and adjacent café.
Opportunities for raised planters and outdoor meeting spaces were integrated into the existing landscape framework, as well as renewal of some planting areas.
Working closely with Furness Engineers and S&C Slatter Landscape Contractors, it is anticipated that this retro-fitted podium landscape will be enjoyed by occupiers for years to come.
