Project: Milton Park
Using ArcGIS and NBS Landscape we have just prepared contract documents for a 3 year landscape maintenance contract for Milton Park. The quality landscape is an important part of this premium business park which we manage in association with CBRE.
Milton Park, located just off the A34 near Didcot covers an area of 250 acre. The park has an impressive landscape infrastructure of over 2500 trees and a series of natural lagoons which create a setting for over 100 commercial properties.
The GIS that we operate and run is used to create drawings to illustrate all of the landscape types and areas but also to generate quantities which inform the complicated process of service charges for CBRE.
