Silverstone Technology Park Phase 2

ASA have been working with Barnwood Construction, Michael Sparks Associates, Glanvilles and Ridge and Partners on behalf of MEPC to design and deliver the landscape to the Phase 2 development at Silverstone Park. Through ensuring that the majority of plants are native, or of benefit to UK wildlife, ASA has created an attractive green infrastructure network, connecting the planting around the industrial units to the adjacent Forestry Commission Woodland and ditches, to create wildlife corridors and habitat niches. In addition to contributing to site biodiversity, the landscape has been designed to create break-out spaces and footpaths for occupier’s wellbeing.

With the majority of the units in Phase 2 occupied, and landscape works looking to complete by early Spring 2021, ASA are delighted that the Phase 3 works have been given the green light!
