Project: Silverstone Technology Park Phase 3
Continuing on from the highly successful Silverstone Technology Park Phase 2, ASA were appointed to continue works with Barnwood Construction, Glanvilles, SRA Architects and Ridge and Partners, on behalf of MEPC, to design and over see the delivery of the landscape to the Phase 3 development at Silverstone Park.
An attractive network of green infrastructure has been created, linking to the recently planted scheme on Phase II and the adjoining woodland. In addition, a network of footpaths and break-out spaces has been designed to create an inviting space for occupiers to use.
Following on from the highly successful Phase 2 works, many of the units on Phase 3 are already pre-let, and landscape works looking to complete by spring 2022.

“We are delighted to be working with MEPC, Ridge and Partners and Barnwood in the design and overseeing the installation, of green infrastructure which builds upon the highly successful planting of Phase II.
This will extend the green network which links to the Phase II native planting and adjacent Farthing Wood, through the creation of wildlife corridors including; over 230 native trees, 8600 native hedgerow and shrub plants, 1300m2 of wildflower and wetland meadows, and a networks of biodiverse swales incorporating over 550 marginal and aquatic plants.
In addition, the existing hedgerows, streams and mature trees have been retained and enhanced and a network of footpaths, picnic areas and break-out spaces have been incorporated between the buildings, providing attractive spaces for both occupiers and wildlife to enjoy. “
