Since joining the practice in September 2022, Emma has used her wealth of knowledge of plants and maintenance to oversee the Landscape Management Contracts of multiple Business Park sites. Her passion for ecology, has led to the creation of a soil-free landscape scheme on Milton park in conjunction with CBRE. Created from construction waste and reclaimed materials, the plants are designed to be climate-resilient; thriving in low nutrient free-draining conditions, whilst creating homes for solitary bees.

Kim joined the practice in 2019 having practiced in South Africa previously. Since joining Kim has worked on a host of significant and complex projects from Silverstone Technology Park, to lead Project Landscape Architect for Blenheim Adventure Playground and successfully passed her Landscape Institute Chartership exam in December 2023.

Maria has been part of the ASA team since 2019 too. With a background in Architecture and Landscape Architecture, Maria has worked on a broad range of projects from the design and delivery of a new landscape for The Boarding Houses and Pavillion projects at Abingdon School, to a revitalised podium landscape at 1180 Winnersh Triangle, passing her Landscape Institute Chartership exam in December 2023.
